RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the limited, collectible, pre-owned, vintage, and high-value nature of our inventory, Stardom Room does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, fit, sizing, condition preferences, or other buyer-preference reasons.

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, condition details, and photographs carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are encouraged to contact us with any questions prior to purchasing.

AUTHENTICITY

Stardom Room carefully sources and evaluates the merchandise offered for sale on our website. Items sold by Stardom Room are represented and sold as authentic.

Authenticity concerns regarding an item purchased directly from Stardom Room will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A third-party opinion, certificate, online authentication result, photograph, screenshot, or other documentation submitted by a customer will not, by itself, establish that an item is inauthentic or automatically qualify an order for a return or refund.

Stardom Room may require additional verification and may require the original item to undergo further review before any determination is made. Any review is subject to verification that the item presented is the exact item originally sold and delivered by Stardom Room and has not been substituted, altered, modified, damaged, repaired, or otherwise materially changed after delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

NO THIRD-PARTY AUTHENTICATION SERVICES

Stardom Room does not provide authentication, appraisal, certification, or verification services for merchandise owned by, purchased from, or submitted by third parties.

Any sourcing, evaluation, authentication, or verification performed by Stardom Room is conducted solely in connection with merchandise that Stardom Room acquires or offers for sale. Stardom Room does not issue authentication opinions or certificates for merchandise purchased elsewhere.

ITEM CONDITION

Vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of age, wear, previous use, storage, or other characteristics consistent with their history. These characteristics do not constitute grounds for a return when disclosed in the listing or reasonably visible in the product photographs.

Items are sold as described and photographed. Original packaging, receipts, certificates, accessories, or other accompanying materials are included only when specifically identified as included with the item.
